There are numerous sandy beaches and plentiful walks which, combined with clear seas and ever changing light, make Wester Ross unforgettable.

Rich in wildlife and steeped in history, Poolewe and the surrounding area will provide you with an abundance of things to see and do: From Archaeology to Geology and from adventurous activities, to sitting back and watching the world go by, we’re convinced there’s something for everyone.

At the furthest end of the 8 mile stretch of the Western side of Loch Ewe, you will find Cove with it’s relics and remnants of the Russian Artic Convoy, Firemore Beach, with a stunning view of Loch Ewe and the Mountains. You may even be lucky enough to see an otter!

There is a folder in the studio highlighting just some of the stunning walks in the area, also some great day out suggestions.
